Fender Rumble Club

Believe what you wish :) .. The truth is out there . .

What a coincidence, I was just watching the X-Files:

Well, I see you finally offered up something other than your word on the subject - why didn't you do this earlier? Also, as they say - the devil's in the details, so we'll probably find out whether you actually know what you're talking about, or are just full of BS and are just here to stir the pot...
Stirring the pot is just fine, there's no BS from me but plenty from others.

You'll note 'onset of limiter' which is like a brick wall. There's virtually no increase of power at that point whatsoever.

Not really a brick wall, but more like an overpass bridge in the way on the audio highway - signal gets sheared and clipped on a sudden outburst or high loads to save the circuit & speakers - just like an oversized truck would. What you noted is a test parameter warning when checking the system, not a spec.

Not necessarily - for example, class D amps from Genz-Benz often had a limiting scheme that allowed for soft clip(sag) like a tube amp would offer when driven to compression... How do we know that isn't the case here?

But those are the output values when the input is a sinewave. What if the input is a full-bandwidth signal, like white noise? On the other hand, the limiter thing may refer to a limiter at the input, but does not necessarily limits the output to those values. All I'm saying is that you may be misinterpreting those values as specs. Those are not specs.
