Nope. I can hear what they do. I don't believe a single thing you say.

^^^Agreed^^^ His extreme negativity is most unwelcome to say the least. He appears to be here only to troll this thread...
This is simply not true, fact. I post interesting 'facts' about the Fender Rumble amps and everyone gets upset . .He appears to be here only to troll this thread...
Another completely untrue comment . . I honestly though you guys would be interested in the technical aspects of this gear, but apparently not.^^^Agreed^^^ His extreme negativity is most unwelcome to say the least.
Hello . . The 'service' manual clearly quotes power output with 8 and 4 ohm loads. Above I was quoting from Fenders own service manual and test specification. I can send you a copy if you wish.Where are you getting your numbers from? - the owner's manual for the Rumble 200 says 140 watts into 8 ohms, 200 watts into 4 ohms...

Unfortunately Fender have stopped freely publishing their service manuals on-line for some reason, I got lucky before they stopped. As for power output, this is measured across a resistive load, be it 4 or 8 or even 16 ohms, a BIG resistor bank that has to take the power. You measure the AC voltage (RMS) across the load with an appropriate meter that's good for audio frequencies or measure on a scope (on a scope you have to divide the Pk-Pk voltage by 2 (peak) and multiply by 0.7071 to get RMS value) then simple use ohms law . . V2/R (V squared/resistance).I am, but I'd also like to know how you measured the wattage.
Yeah, I get it, into a resistive load, but how was it measured?
by change in heat (delta T)?
Can you post a link to the service manual?
HA....thats almost exactly what I set mine to, except the Treble is about 10 or 11:00View attachment 2871428 View attachment 2871429 View attachment 2871429 About the best I could do to get a 'flat' response was to set the tone controls to this:

Is this clearer Killed_by_Death?
Now that is interesting FirewalZ. I don't know if you have the horn on or off on your rig? Seems your tone settings correlate well with the measurements. I appreciate your comments.HA....thats almost exactly what I set mine to, except the Treble is about 10 or 11:00

A link to my claim? I don't claim anything. I either quote from information I have (right or wrong) or make my own measurements to see what's going on.How about a link here to back your claim?
This is a lie. Fender never published service manuals online. Only Fender authorized service centers have access to such manuals.Fender have stopped freely publishing their service manuals on-line for some reason,
Again this is simply another lie.I got lucky before they stopped.

^^^Agreed^^^ Anyone can state a claim and draw and post a graph. It was not so long ago that claims & graphs were rampant that Fender amps could not go below 100Hz. The truth eventually blew the lies out into space. You made a dubious claim, then offered nothing to back it - it really does look like you're trolling, especially since nearly all your posts have been in this thread since your very recent join date... Why should anyone here believe you with nothing to back your claims?
