Blew the tweeter on my Rumble 115 cab. Talked to Fender, but they said they don't sell them anymore, but I am seeing some on Amazon and other places (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XC5LYCJ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1DE8D3BEYXSQE&psc=1)

I would like to once again go back to the [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] for the Rumble combos ...

So this is what it looked like initially and it didn't work (click for picture). No biggie, all it took was to switch the red and black wires at the jack output and the footswitch would work. But! The diode would stop working for some reason (the diode worked before, but the footswitch was not switching the channel).
So I thought switching the two diode wires(?) (click for picture) at the switch would help, but it basically reverted the footswitch to it's original state somehow, so it doesn't work again ...

I would really really like to have the diode working. It seems like a really easy thing but I just have no idea what to do. Anyone here who could help?

I am not sure how it works on this pedal.

For a quick answer, I suggest you post it in the effects section and ask for advice on the wiring.

Rumble #2 is on the way. I ordered it earlier today. I still have my older 25w that got me member #449, but it was time for a bit of an upgrade. I just jam alone at home, so the Rumble 40 is perfect for me. Funny, @Linnin tried talking me into buying one of these like 2 years ago and I told him I didn't need it. I guess I could've or should've bought it 2 years ago. LOL. Pics when it arrives.

Just received the new Fender Combo Cover. Although it's not padded, it is very well made and, at Sweetwater's advance ordering, for $20 it isn't that bad.

I had the opportunity to play a Rumble 500 combo, at an open mike, liked the tone I got and have plenty of volume, and was surprised at how lite the unit was, I'd bet the additional 2x10 cabinet, would be ..... well icing on the cake, as a side note, I currently use the Rumble 350 head and a Berg HS410, but the form factor & lite weight, has me thinking

From the folds it looks slightly oversized, like some of my other Fender amp covers. I wonder if it might possibly fit over my tight MDB 500 cover. (Although, part of that tightness is due to my addition of rubber feet on the side for when I lay it down on my 115 cab.)

But, uh, not that I'm so OCD as to want 2 covers on my 500. Nuh-uh, no, not me, no siree. Well, maybe . . .

It is made for the 200, 500 and Stage 800 combo's.

The folds in the pic are due to it just coming out of the packaging. It's not that loose and the folds will come out in use.

I bought one just like that for my Rumble 100 off Greed Bay for a touch under 20.00. Nice cover for the money!

Hard to say for sure. It looks correct and it is 8 ohms. The Fender part number listed on Amazon is 5550029131. Maybe Fender support can at least verify that it is the correct part number for the R115 cab.

I agree! After direction from Fender support I called three authorized Fender repair centers in search of a part and none of them could even find the part number I was given directly from Fender.

Ya, their new policy is parts are only available if the product in question is In Current Production AND made in the U.S. I work for an authorized Fender service center and we can't even get new boards for the Rumble amps or woofers are tweeters or anything anymore.

It's a new change so we're still trying to find the limits of it and if there are any workarounds, but as of now if it's not made in the U.S. and/or it's not in current production I've NOT been able to get any parts for it.

Warranty stuff is completely separate and is still good to go from what I've been told. So for those of you that just bought your Rumbles, you're safe for a few years...unless you do something that voids the warranty or isn't covered by it.

I find this a bit strange. Fender makes a nice profit from "Genuine Fender Parts". At present, it appears they could use all the profit they can get. I am sure it will "all come out in the wash".

Here's hoping, but as of now I have tell people that have out of warranty Rumble stuff (including myself) that they're SOL.
