Fender Rumble Club

Yes, they are the very same 8 ohm drivers that are in the Rumble 500 combo. The Eminence Legend B102 is the best choice. You can look at the others and compare all specs, but the B102 is best in all respects unless you want to go Neodymium with Deltalites.

What is the difference between the B102 and BP102? I see the specs, but how row does that translate to real world sound in the Fender 210 v3 cab?

One last question. Is the speakers the same for the combo as for the 210 cab I noticed you mentioned combo earlier. I have the 220 cab and about to order a 2nd one.

Interesting.... just got this response from Eminence:

The original speaker is custom designed to their specifications. The only way to obtain the exact replacement is through Fender. Our best stock option is the Delta-10B, which is also a 16 ohm 10”, but with a 56oz magnet and 2.5” voice coil. Your original has a 34oz magnet and a 2” voice coil. I’m not sure one of each would sound good together.

I believe the 210 combo and cab employ 16-ohm drivers, for a total impedance of 8 ohms.

I can see it now. In 40 years, there will be someone posting in this thread, "I found a great deal on a vintage Fender Rumble 500c for $7,500.00, but I'm afraid it could be a fake. The knobs are black and logo looks all wrong. Can any of you guys help me authenticate this amp?
In 40 years(or less), I'll have returned to dust. Someone else can deal with it:smug:

Heard a good one today. A lady that works in my office heard i play bass. Her husband does too. I just happened to have 2 of mine in the car so I brought em up. In the course of the discussion, she asked what I play through. "Rumble 500 combo". "Say, do you know anyone that might be interested in an SVT? My husband..."

I laughed. Heartily.

I loved my SVT...but I don't miss my SVT :laugh::laugh::laugh:
