Fender Rumble Club

You just made me jealous!!
Well, I made myself stupid when I sold both-in 86-for 1/5th +/- what I could get for 1 now. I got outta the biz-and outta storage space-for a while. Too late smart(sigh). BTW, if you wanna get one, make certain it has the "6G6-B" circuitry. Approximately 62-64 +/-. Currently $ 2500. up for a working one. 2 currently listed, $3K, $3.5K.<EDIT> Just saw 1 on Reverb for $2K.

Lemme tell you. With the kickback legs extended, the volume around 4-5(1-10), bass @ 10, treble @4-5, and presence @ 10 I covered some pretty big rooms w/ those 50 Watts. And that was with an EB-3 on 'mudbucker' only or, later, my 67 TBird- neck pup only.
There is nothing like a good well tuned fender tube amp, bass or guitar!!

All this talk about the old Bassman amps sure has me feeling nostalgic. My first amp was a 70's siverface Bassman 50 with 2x15 cab. Sure wish I still had it. How many out there would love to see Fender reissue the Bassman 50 with a 2x12 neo cabinet.
Or even 100ish. 'Course I couldn't afford it, but........

The Bassman 100t is already out there along with big brother Super Bassman. The Bassman 115 Neo cabinets are all that and a bag of chips.

Plus you can just grab a schematic and build the Bassman of your choice. Even if, like me, you're not a technician, there are many that are and (for a price) will happily build you a hand point-to-point wired Bassman amp. All the new parts you need are readily available. $$$$ ;)
That is a great idea! Luckily we have a new tech in town who could do that easily! He is a really nice guy, and totally competent. I will run that idea by him at some point!

I was about to pull the trigger on the 100t, but kept reading that some people were having trouble with the auto bias. I ended up with the Ashdown ctm100. First one was a lemon!! How would you compare the Rumble 115 to the Neo 115????
