Hey, there, my bass cuzzin, finny! Welcome.
So, yer lookin' fer a 800 watt Rumble, eh? Well, the Stage modeling amp and the 800 HD head are your 2 choices. If you've never played a modeling amp, checkout the Stage & Studio manual to see if it speaks to you. It is all modeling, all the time, but very easy to switch between the 100 stock preset voices; especially with the included footswitch. And yes, it can send "only" up to 400 watts to the internal speakers. The matching 210 cabinet is recommended to reach up to 800 watts. And it can even take a second 8 ohm cab for maximum SPL!
But, if modelng is not for you at this time, the Rumble 800 HD is yer huckleberry. The normal Rumble preamp with the most power available behind it. Plus a Pre/Post switch on the XLR Out and Speakon speaker connectors that other Rumbles don't have. 400 watts at 8 ohms, 800 watts at 4 ohms, and 800 watts at 2.67 & 2 ohms! The lightweight 210 cabs are also recommended for this monster head.
That's the introduction. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
