Fender Rumble Club

My R100 isn't muddy but it lacks something. Maybe a little gruff, strained at volume, too edgy. The R40 was sweeter sounding especially after replacing the 10" driver with a Celestrion. Was significantly fuller with the upgrade..
However, the weight to watt ratio of the 100 is awesome. So easy to move around for the volume you get.
Nice!!!
Which Celestion?
Is it lighter than the stock Rumble speaker?

I decided to take the inside top piece of user installed foam outta my R100. I should prolly test it here at the house b4 our next gig. Or I can just surprise myself. Hmmm. 6 vs 1/2 dozen. I'm so busy these days.
OK, I took out that piece. Sounds a little better.

OMG! INCREDIBLE SOUNDING!!

Ready to Rumble!

All the ones I'm seeing on line have light maple necks. Did you replace yours, or did you get a special version of the special Antigua release?
No I bought a Fender Roasted neck, new electronics including a Lindy Fralin pickup. New Nickel hardware and Fender Vintage reverse wind nickel Tuning Machines. Black Pickguard.

Ok, I only amp about twice a year, and it's always very small quiet venues even then. However, when I do plug in, I like a reliable clean no messing around setup. Thus, Rumble 15 v.1, Behringer 4 channel mini-mixer, Shure SM-58. The whole rig weighs about 25 pounds including the mike stand and loads in and out in one trip. I had a MF gift cert and found some open-box deals, the whole rig came in under $100.

Many here are already familiar with your exemplary work rescuing exotic birds. That and your V1 Rumble make you a very special member of TB and the clubs lucky enough to have you. Verily, an occasion to most Merrily ... ...
