Fender Rumble Club

I have all ready replaced the speaker in my rumble 100 cabinet with a 12 Delta Lite. Picking up the connectors tomorrow to use the cabinet with the head.

Here is a pic of my complete rumble 100 and the Rumble 100 cabinet w/o amp with my Musicman head.

Well it is complete.

Fender Rumble 100 with Eminence Delta Lite. Modification for using the cabinet with another head - and added a kick stand to tilt the cabinet. I have not marked them yet, but the center connection is for the speaker and the one to the side is to the amp. Add jumper and in business.

Oh yeah - larger rubber feet.

Wow! Len, that looks terrific. Was that kick stand listed as a kick stand? Or maybe a retracting handle? Either way, it looks "da bomb"!!!

My local speaker store has stuff to build cabinets. They call it a kick stand - but like you it looks like a handle with a rubber handle to me. I do not know if you can see from the bottom pick - I put a rubber cushion on the bottom of the cabinet under the "handle". It is spring loaded and every time you move the cabinet the handle slams up under the cabinet.

So I put the cushion to mute the loud sound.

Thanks Lenny

Did a gig tonight(Friday) at a local VFW. AGB200>R100. The AGB has kinda weak pups so GAIN and VOLUME were both @ noon. Plenty for the room/55+ y/o crowd. These folks like to be able to talk to each other while we're playing. Back there 12/17. Should be sooner but band booker didn't know us and filled the calendar. Oh, well, LSTYD.
EDIT: oops, meant American Legion. Nearby VFW Saturday night. TBird on that one.

Nice. I remember years ago when I owned one of those Artcore basses (I forget what the model number was), I also thought it was pretty anemic, pickups-wise. Anyway, glad to hear the gig went well. I'm trying to see if I can figure out LSTYD. I'll get it....
Life S__ks Then You Die.
Artcore AGB200-poor man's EB-2.(currently has D'Addario tapes)

The band rumbled over to the west coast last night at Englewoods on the Dearborn (Englewood, FL) and it was raining during our setup in the back courtyard where we play. Had to tighten up the stage setup to stay dry and I had to wait a bit to set my stuff up. Decided to forgo my preamp pedal, compressor and direct box and plug straight into my R100 and use the line out from the Rumble. Rain stopped for the show and it sounded great, but it rained about 30 minutes while we were breaking down. Had a good crowd and people were dancing and the owner was happy.
Tonight I will just add the compressor back in and see how it sounds. Looking forward to a new place just south of town in the country we had never played. It's called Sugar Sand Distillery and they make rum, gin, vodka and moonshine. Playing 7-10 and have no idea if we are inside or out or what it will be like, but we have a good local following so it should be a good night.
Tomorrow in Winter Haven, then next week four shows in three days.
Here is a pic from last night. Note my gig bag, no other place to keep it dry.

Glad the weather cooperated for you. We're s'posed to be outside under a portable tent tonight(the crowd will be under permanent shelter-outdoor bar/grill). We'll be watching the "future radar". Prolly gonna wind up inside.
