Temporary??? That was over two years ago, real-time. That's ~14 internet years. You have established squatters rights! But we're fine with IAGP doing it, too.

I was days away from buying an MIA Mustang when G&L released a Fullerton Deluxe Fallout shorty in burst (couldn't bring myself to buy the first release with the racing strip). Purchased one straightaway. Love it. Only got to play it for a short time when I had to pack everything up for the shipper. It's currently on a ship due in Rotterdam in two days. I don't know when I'll have it back in my hands here in the southwest of France, but it's getting close. Starting to drool all over again. Had to sell my Rumbles (120 VAC only). Going to buy a Studio 40 to get by on while renting, until my house is completed (6 more months; sigh).I just can’t say enough about my American Performer 2018 Mustang @Black Out Jazz ...
I actually liked my $300 Gretsch Jr Jet better than either of the way more expensive basses and neith one of those expensive basses held a candle to my $1,200 Mustang. Beautiful finish. Sounds great. Awesome neck. Comfortable to hold. Love the pick guard.

Of course to each his own. And EVERY bass/guitar is different with its own character and feel so maybe I just got 2 “bad” ones but in the end I’m happy with these two. Maybe someday if I hold a P-bass in my hands that sings to me like the mid 70s one I had back in the day or the Jazz I had in the early 90s I’ll grab it but I’m staying with these…..

Thank you, but sadly not. It’s German Laminate, which I think you’ll agree is the worst song title ever.I like your flooring. Isn't it good Norwegian Wood?![]()
That’s a beautiful bass. Love the shape of the pick guard. Those G&L bridges are awesome. Happy days ahead. Hang in there. I hear they have good wine in the south of France. That should distract you enough until she arrives!I was days away from buying an MIA Mustang when G&L released a Fullerton Deluxe Fallout shorty in burst (couldn't bring myself to buy the first release with the racing strip). Sounds like an Industrial tune.Thank you, but sadly not. It’s German Laminate, which I think you’ll agree is the worst song title ever.![]()
The German Laminate was invented by a polka band that ran out of beer and had switch to Tequila.Sounds like an Industrial tune.
Kind of sounds more like a band to me - in the vein of Deutsch-Amerikanische Freundschaft. But Industrial works, too.Sounds like an Industrial tune.

Sadly, I lost the ability to metabolize alcohol over 4 years ago. One glass of wine would give me a CRUSHINGLY PAINFUL 48 hour headache. Haven't had a drop since. On the bright side, I have a LOT more money left over at the end of the month. That’s a beautiful bass. Love the shape of the pick guard. Those G&L bridges are awesome. Happy days ahead. I doubt Rammstein would go near it.Sounds like an Industrial tune.
German laminate, what can you do with it,
You certainly can’t jam with it,
No not with that German laminate,
But put a Rumble on it, and it sure looks good,
It almost even looks like wood...
This ain't no stinkin democracy! Pic or no number!
Errr...right?
