Fender Rumble Club

Hi Yahboy
I'm new on TB, but I've been reading you for years.
I'm Italian and I apologize in advance for any linguistic mistake.

Is there any review of this Rumble amp?

Let me explain.
I love the Rumble 500 Combo tone, and I'd like to buy a Rumble 800 Combo, having neo magnets (and, so, its weight is only 29 lbs!!) : does it maintain the same tone?
Then... I'd like to add a 210 cab, in order to have a modular stack and, if necessary, 800W of rumble-power. But I have this "unhealthy" idea: replace the ceramic speakers of the 210 cab with the same neo speakers of the Rumble 800 combo. So, does Fender sell these replacement parts?

Many thanks in advance.
First, I would wait a bit, and see if Fender doesn't come out with a 210 cab with the new speakers before worrying about switching them. They may eventually replace the speakers in all their models. Might have been why they had the recent sale to clear much of the older stock out?

Agree with 13bass suggestion, wait and see. I am no longer own any rumble combo, but I still has gas on Bassman TV 15. I am using Ampeg RB112 currently.

Hi, Mr. Ramone. May I call you MB? Welcome to TalkBass and the Rumble Club. We have lots of international members, so we're accustomed to linguistic mistakes, ... even by our US members! :roflmao:

Well, they are really more announcements than reviews. See the bottom of the Rumble 800 COMBO section of the Rumble Club Wiki page.

Lots of us here love the Rumble tone, and their light weight. And, yes, that 29 lb.s is very attractive. Of course, no one knows yet if the Neo speakers change the tone, or not. But I'd be willing to bet they don't. My Neo Bassman 115 cab sounds just like my Rumble 500 combo to me.

Do you have a Rumble now? I'd be happy to induct you into The Club.

A. Fender usually doesn't sell replacement parts for current amp models to the public. They are reserved for Authorized Fender Service Centers.

2. The others here may be right, Fender just might make a Neo 210 cab to go with this new combo, if it becomes popular enough. Who knows? Personally, I wouldn't mind using the current 210 cab with it.
.

I hope you are right and that Fender will launch updated cabs with neodymium speakers.

Now I can find the 800 combo for 699 Euros :D Not so bad!!
Where did you find it for that price? The Fender site for France lists it for 899 €. Thomann doesn't show it on their website at all. The Fender site lists the 800 HD (head only) for 679 €.

With the 1/4 power switch, I might be able to get away with it in my small apartment studio, and set my Studio 40 on top. I could also chain the 40 to the 800 and use the Studio 40's modelling and the 800 combo as a powered speaker cab.

Yes, of course!!

Not yet.
I should start playing again after a long stop and my intention is to buy the new rumble 800 combo.

Ok, thanks!! I was not aware of it.

I hope fender will launch a new neo 210. Alternatively, I believe I will make the modification I described above.

Fender Rumble sighting. For sure one Rumble, and maybe the Fender to the right of the Marshall combo is also a Rumble (can anyone confirm?). Not the best cover, but it's great that they're starting at that age. An SG, or more likely an Epi, is not a big guitar, but it sure looks big on that kid. I also admit that I was rude, and laughed at the picking hand work of the bassist.

Love it, echos of The Partridge Family!
