Fender Rumble Club

Could your pickup(s) be angled too close to your E string?

You should up the gain to match the input signal of your hotter bass.

Thanks guys !! I lowered my pickups and seems to be better ! I'll know if it's ok when I'll try in a bigger room.
When this settings will be OK, I think the Auralex pad will still improve the sound, but not if my E string peaks.

Thanks !

Thanks. If I combine a 2x10 and 1x15 it won't blow my amp up:cool:?

My knowledge about amplifiers is pretty non-existent :dead:

Not at all, the 500 head is designed to produce maximum power at 4 ohms, and both those cabinets are 8 ohm cabinets.....using both of them will be 4 ohms, and your amp will be in heaven!! :) What GaryLC says +1

But I have one question : I can't manage to have a clean sound on my E-string... It always seems a bit overdriven, even with no overdrive on the Amp, and with any style (Bright , Vintage or Contour)...
Does any one have an idea what can cause that ?

Thanks !
:jawdrop: YOU DON'T PUT CONTAINERS OF LIQUID ON TOP OF AN AMP
