As it is for most of the bass industry, as guitars are so much more popular.Yes, and have been for a while now. Eden would just be a fond memory if they had to rely on their own sales to stay open.
I do, and I have have a good basic grasp of the history of Fender Bass Amps. I know where to start and where to end. I am living on a combination of: Social Security; a very small monthly Veteran's pension, and $41 SNAP (food stamps)/mo. That all adds up to right at $1,000 per month. I have been approved for a subsidized apartment and am on the waiting list. Then I will be living in a Socialized Paradise!Go for it Linnin. You have the passion for the task.

But the truth of the mater is that without these social programs I would be just another homeless Vet of which there are many.

Still, I'm happy to have it. I get the minimum monthly Social Security as I have been poor all my life and my income has always been low. My VA pension is $75 a month. As I said add them all together and I am right at $1,000 per month.$41? That's an insult, and thought it was bad when I got reduced from $189 to $79. But then again I don't get any pension, just an assumably much lower social security since I wasn't a slave for as long
Not a fan of either party to be honest, glad I'm registered unaffiliated, lol.Not making any friends among the republicans and democrats in the audience I'm sure, ha.
MURICA!
There is a homeless initiative through the VA. Last Christmas I was on the verge of homelessness myself. I was broke and had no money to pay my January rent. After I got an eviction notice, I qualified for assistance through a local agency called TAP = Total Action for Progress. One of the things they offer is 'Supportive Services for Veterans'. They approved me for January and February rent until my Social Security started in March. It is through TAP that I met with my area VA 'Homeless Veterans Coordinator'. She was a Navy vet and very kind. She helped me get my Veteran's Pension approved.I'm often wrong, but it seems as though the first project you would tackle might be the plight of of the American Veterans. Tis a subject that has earned more awareness. To advocate in their behalf would be noble.
I tried twice to re register as a dem to try to give sanders a chance, still haven't gotten any voter info, and last I checked my old address and hence non affiliate status is still active. Not a fan of either party to be honest, glad I'm registered unaffiliated, lol.
Well, we are on the edge of some rules violations now, lol. Let's just say I dislike my options this election.I tried twice to re register as a dem to try to give sanders a chance, still haven't gotten any voter info, and last I checked my old address and hence non affiliate status is still active.
Hillary won't let me vote against her if I tried. The game is rigged, not to mention the game itself is just a distraction, the president has no power.

Disgruntled about the state of the world and the state of the mind of the masses, I've been edited by moderators before.Well, we are on the edge of some rules violations now, lol. Let's just say I dislike my options this election.
I do, however, love my Rumble 200c. Every time I play it I am just amazed at the sound this hack makes, the amp makes me better.![]()
I had one grandfather that witnessed the bombing of Pearl Harbor (he was former Army, working as a civilian pipefitter in the Navy Yard at Pearl). My other grandfather was at the landing of Iwo Jima as a Marine. My father was also a Marine, 2 tours in Viet Nam, purple heart recipient. I went Coast Guard, nothing spectacular happened with me, not a war hero at all. My utmost respect goes to all who serve, and my eternal gratefulness for those who gave everything for the freedoms I enjoy. Happy Memorial Day!Just so that you know.. in case you don't know.. I go by "Doc" have been going by that ever since I was in the Navy stationed with the Marines! Semper Fi! So that song means a lot to me!
