Fender Rumble Club

It's a great LIGHT amp head. It is very clean and sonically neutral (uncolored sound). The parametric EQ is pretty flexible.....although I usually play with it set flat. The compressor is super simple and sounds great. The head pairs nicely with my Hartke 210XL cabs and my Fender Rumble 210 cab.

I owned a Carvin Bx1200 a couple years ago. It was a great head too.

at least in my own personal experience i found out that the v2's perform way better when stacked horizontally like you have them on this pic , i tried vertically and still got pretty good sound but not as deep and strong as horizontally , has that been your case too ???
Yes, and I like them off the floor. I am a strong advocate of stacked identical cabinets and the coupling effect they generate. I am just as strong an advocate for isolating and decoupling your rig from the floor.

Just to clarify, is it identical cabinets or identical speakers? I run a Rumble 200 with a 115 Rumble cab. Different cabinets, but identical speakers. I do like the Auralex Gramma for isolation!

Here's the stack with the new 2x10"!! Gigged last night-it was bad-ass!!

Hi all,
About a month ago, I found a used Rumble 500c at GC in Pittsburgh...I promptly ordered it...and it sounds absolutely amazing! Before the Rumble, I've was playing through a GK Backline 112; a spare practice amp that was at our practice space (drummer's house). Huge upgrade! I love this amp and how it sounds! Besides adding an extension cab later on, I don't think I would ever need to upgrade!

Here's a pic of my Rumble in a unique environment. I'm playing in a concert this weekend at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra with the University of Michigan Glee Club. At the first rehearsal I brought my usual Tecamp rig, but it was difficult to control the volume on stage. Today I brought my Rumble 100 (on the floor right next to me in the center of the pic) and it was perfect along with my MTD 535. I'll be using the Rumble at the concert tomorrow. Here's video of the closing piece of the concert I did yesterday with the Rumble at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Gospel singer Karen Clark Sheard is singing vocals along with the University of Michigan Men's Glee Club. In that environment I didn't have my bass coming through the house or DI at all, just the Rumble and I had the volume low because of how well the sound carries in that room, and playing with a full orchestra, drums, choir, soloist, etc.

Some tasty grooves when it builds up towards the end. Were the DBs bowed the whole time, or were they sometimes doubling you in pizzicato?
