Yeah, that was my take on it as well. But how would you interprete the 3 or 4 o'clock setting then? That would be maxing out the Rumble.
Everything is possible of course but that would be taking it pretty extreme, at least to me.

When the Tone Pool was opened the control sweep was established as 7 o'clock to 5 o'clock.
OK, it wouldn't be too hard to blend in an analog clock into one cool looking vintage Fender knob, I'll look into it.
Yeah, so 3 to 4 o'clock would mean striving for Phil Collin's current hearing ability.
Oh well, each to his (or hers) own.

Edit: Rumble (V3 anyway) settings go from 7 to 5 (min to max).

I put my rumble volume at 3 o'clock on the first day of each month for 30 seconds and strike a drop D. Wearing industrial hearing protection of course.

Please put your pest control tone settings in the Tone Pool. Probably good for death metal.
I probably should test it without hearing protection first.......because if it is the brown note---I don't won't to be responsible for any injuries or clean-up.
If it would make them vomit blood at the same time their bowels explode, you could have a hit record on your hands!

But if you have in your mind that you need it and you have the money available, then quit torturing yourself and get it already. Then you can be happy again and stop thinking about it. That is my philosophy anyway.
