Pretty sure all accordionists should be in a firing line.
Be careful. Accordion was the first instrument I learned how to play. We were all aspiring "Myron Floren's" back in 1958.

I play in a country band currently with a female keyboardist()/ vocalist. I'm firever having to tell her to keep her left hand OFF the board! Hold your drink-put it in your pocket-BUT DONT PLAY BELOW MIDDLE C!!!!I understand. I've sure had my ordeals with boomy keyboardists. Enough that I dread playing with a keyboardist at all anymore. Once, I was accused of missing a lot of notes, when it turns out it was the keyboardist.
If it ain't keyboardists it's boomy bass drums getting in the way. Can't win.
Which combo and ext cabinet is this in the pic? I am about to buy the 2x10 combo Friday, and want to know if anyone has paired it with the 2x10 ext cab.I know, right? My single row pedal board owes me five (edit EIGHT! the bottom is jammed too, then there's my other board!) R40s and some change for a Mogami. I don't want to add up the basses but I'm sure my ever loving spouse has the number. How many of you cats are wedded to a "Count Bass-ie"? I don't have to take inventory, it's automatic.View attachment 1113242
Just got my second cab! Rumble 500 head with two 15" Rumble cabs. I know there will always be the 4x10 sound vs 15" sound debate, but for now I'm loving the setup.
Would love to join the Rumble Bass Club!
My name is Gary and I am just a home enthusuast for now... Would love to play out someday. But for now, having lots of fun pissing off the neighbors.

Then there's my "practice" Rumble. A Rumble 40 which also has big sound.

At my singer's other band's last show the bass player berfed the intro to sweet child of mine really bad, and looked back at the drummer, so even I was thinking maybe he had had hit a kick at the wrong time and threw him off. After the show he told me that when ever he messes up he always looks back at the drummer
the plot thickensWhen he refused to make any adjustments I finally had to demand that the lows be removed. I literally had to go through the pastor to get it done. However---during the service the pianist boosted his volume and with his cheesy stereo patch and managed to recreate that horrible boominess and the soundman was clueless.
This joker is doing it on purpose either because he thinks it sounds good or he has a problem with me. The pastor is in shock that I now refuse to play with him. I have been the backbone of the worship team for 3 years straight. This guy has been around about 3 months and they quit using the other 2 good keyboardists.
He didn't play 2 weekends ago--and the sound was perfect. I pointed that out to the pastor. The idiot brings his own Korg workstation and won't use the church's piano--he has this awful stereo disco sounding garbage. Makes me want to go to another church.
What is really going on is the guy is in rehab and they are using the worship team as part of his therapy. But in the meantime they are running congregation off with this stupid idea.
I am searching my memory--but I was the prosecutor for this county for many years and there are a lot of convicts here that don't like me. We either crossed paths or I prosecuted one of companions

It sounds like it is about time you set up your Rumble Wall of Doom so you can blast him to another continent...Yep....by asking questions I started finding out more as to why this joker is even playing...

Welcome Rumbler #760. Nice rig. Where you playing a stadium? A 500 set with the master at 12:00 would hurt people, unless your gain was way down or other settings were killing your volume. I play clubs in a trio with a 500 + 2x10 and my master is usually at 3:00 and gain at 4:00. Check out the tone pool for some settings that may help. But, I'm glad you're happy with it. Now, read the tone pool and Rumble On!Hi Everyone, I picked up my Rumble 500 Combo yesterday and had my first chance to play it last night with my band. I have been playing through a Fender 2x12 Guitar AMP (?) for the past few months, so this was obviously a huge improvement. We are just getting started and my Fender Rumble 40 really couldn't get loud enough, so I was using the guitar amp. The 500 packs a hell of a punch. I didn't turn the master over halfway and it was rocking the place. Thank goodness for earplugs. Here's a photo of the Amp and my Am. Standard Jazz.

So you are running your rig pretty much wide open?!I play clubs in a trio with a 500 + 2x10 and my master is usually at 3:00 and gain at 4:00.

I read this answer to the 12 o'clock setting and wondered how it compared to 3 and 4 o'clock. So you are running your rig pretty much wide open?!![]()

Go For It! Some youngsters have never even seen an analog clock face. That can be a new 'Rumble Talk'.Edit: maybe it's time for a Fender Rumble Dial Settings diagram. That would settle it once and for all.
We refer to it as clock setting on a 12 hour clock. The knobs don't go all the way to the bottom, so we usual say 7 is as low as it will go. 9 is where the pointer is pointed to the left at where 9:00 would be on a clock dial. Am or PM or European time doesn't apply. So running at 12 is the pointer straigt up.I read this answer to the 12 o'clock setting and wondered how it compared to 3 and 4 o'clock.
Maybe there is confusion about the clock settings (the 12 vs 24 time format or big vs little dial)?
I guess it would have been clearer if Fender chose to number the dial settings.
