Have to be made of cast steel to keep the weight high for you.![]()
You know the only reason I would ask for a hollowbody is so that I can fill it with concrete.

I like the cut of your jib
As far as a Squier Big Block.........
I just think that it would be a good foundation for everyone that likes to mod their Squiers. Having an inexpensive bass with a MM Pup in the sweetspot would make a great stock bass and a good bass to build on.
Why?
Now a bass version of the Starcaster, that would be an awesome Fender hollowbody.
For one i get sad whne people talk about the big block, i won one on ebay for 300$ and the seller refused to send itI have only seen one "famous" player use it and that was the bassist of hawthorne heights in there video saying sorry.
Also squier needs to make me and tommy's bass we have talked about.........the reverse p/j.
I would buy that bass. Add a p pup ect ect

Dude that sucks... did you see the j/p mockup in the 'shop thread? It was ok looking, I would prefer a diff body style

I did not see it, i figured it would look kinda off , but i just wanna here what it sounds like and if i did not like it i would make it into a double P bass.
My wish list is now tracking down a big block![]()
Ya!! Or and a second MM pup or a J pup, anything would be possible. No matter what, it would sound nice stock and be a cool bass to modify. I'd put the Darkstar pup I have in one![]()
It was telecaster style body. If it was reg p or j it would looked better IMO
That is just screaming out for a '51 P style PG. Perhaps a SCPB pup too.

I like the block neck and the control plate.......although that would have to be modded or double stack controls used.squier could make more signature basses that feature more than black finishes, strange pickguards, and a decal on the elbow contour
Actually the star doesn't look that bad in person. I have one... it's a sweet bass
