Pretty goal but still sleepy match. Arg finally wakes up--too little too late & where was leo not even sweating at end of the match. I want my money back.

Thought Schweinsteiger was immense - he was thumped all over the pitch and he broke up so many attacks.
As regularly as footballers flop, I'd disagree that this was happening here - he was certainly being targeted out there, took a lot of knocks.
Fair amount of back and fourth play, fair few scuffles on the pitch. Argentina had a lot of great attempts, but no shots on target. The winning goal was excellent, truly worthy of a World Cup winner.
Schweinsteiger was MOTM for me. Had lumps kicked out of him but was at the heart of the German machine.

Hahaha, love Blatter getting booed by pretty much everyone in the stadium.
I was expecting Maradona to zap lightning from his eyes at Klose or something like that.
It's happened at every match he's been at when the cameras put him on the big screen.

I'm happy with that, not too shabby for 50% of the games! Wish I'd been getting my predictions in for the earlier group games!

Good game, great goal, awesome world cup. Argentina had its chances but they couldn't convert. I do agree with Messi being the best player. Argentina without Messi doesn't make it past the round of 16 and yet here they where almost winning the whole thing.
