This is one of the things I much prefer about rugby. If there's an injury that stops the game, they stop the clock. No subjective injury time tacked on (and then you play til the end of the final play after time, no whistle going mid-strike).
I'm sorry I'm assuming Germany beats US, it's just a matter of by how many. Now the winner of the Portugal vs Ghana will end up with 4 points just like the US and its a matter of goal differential. Very interesting 2 games to watch

After Ghana's performance against Germany, it could be an interesting one there!
Heck, look at the number of draws we've seen, the US could get through without the worry of goal difference (even if beaten by Germany).

That is true. Still this whole time I've felt Ghana has played amazing and mostly outplayed each team it has played yet has no win to show for it. Hope they finally get there win, it'll be a great moment for that country. Then yeah let the goal differential settle who goes on.
