Basketball team. Our playoffs over here just ended and we had a legitimate chance at making a run at the title, but came up short. The Lakers aren't the only team in Los Angeles.

Half-time entertainment for my fellow real musos. A totally bastardised version of Antonio Carlos Jobim's tune "One Note Samba" has been used in the TV adverts for this World Cup in Brazil (in the Visa ad). Here's a great take on it with some genuine class.

Great performance, obviously virtuosic but musical rather than flashy and the two of them are locked together and in perfect complimentary sync. Oh and that last note!

Still throwing there money around, But no success this time haha they came in second to last in the whole conference. But it is the off-season so we'll see where there money gets thrown this year. They're basically the Yankees of basketball. Still won't have any success though enough about the Lakers, back to football!
