Living on the streets = life would suck more. Then I'd just go back to my current level of suckage.
Reading history book = Life not any less suck filled. I'd just have more knowledge about events gone by.
Joining military = not gonna happen. Diabetes = no go for military duty, which makes my life suck even more. I'd love to serve. My life would suck less. As for civilian position within the military..... the economy/government cutbacks killed that, and keep flogging it. Like the ol' dead horse.....
As for me suggesting to kids that they don't, I'd basically tell em' to wait till they can buy them themselves, then decide for themselves if they wanna or not even knowing what can happen. Like I did.
As for the cancer part: if I get it, I do, if not, I don't. I'll deal with that when/if it comes. It's called dealing with the consequences, and I don't believe I've ever said i wouldn't.
Anyways, don't mean to be taken as snippy if I come across that way. Just wanna be direct and to the point on your post.
