Yeah, I don't think so. I believe there's a guy in Village of the Arts in Bradenton that is a luthier. Can't remember his name for the life of me. Supposedly there's a luthier club in Manatee county.
He actually is. He did a setup on my jazz bass and installed strap locks on my bird.

Im in sarasota but one of my basses and rigs is in a garage in longwood ... kinda nervous. My other three basses are here in sarasota so i should be ok.
Hey guys add me to the list! Am here in Boca Raton and very concerned with this massive hurricane!!! I've got some x large garbage bags covering my Basses just in case.
Also concerned with humidity but I did received my KenSmith and my Wyn Basses that were wrapped in bags. Guess to have them in bags for a day they should be ok.

I'm up in Jupiter. The basses all go in cases and up on a bed. My old Mustang bass comes with me until it's a liability. Going to also put all amp heads up off ground. Sunday looks like it's going to be a long one.
We had minimal damage in North Manatee County. We were very lucky Irma took that last turn to the East and came on shore earlier than expected. I hope everyone else in here can say the same.
We fared well in Boynton Beach. No damage outside of some branches down and we never lost power. Certainly could have been much worse.
Just a few raindrops and a good breeze in P'cola, We lucked out this time! Hope y'all affected get back to normal ASAP.

We definitely benefited from the storms tack to the west the last day or so. No power last night but otherwise all good. Just an aggressive summer foliage pruning that isn't the most aesthetically pleasing. Hoping the best for friends on the west coast.
