That's actually just an Emperor. But there is an 7 string Emperor II out there. I believe the owner name is Gard or something

Actually, we have made 3. The one pictured above is actually the first. It is a Monarch and was completed in 1997. The top is Maple.

We did an Emperor II with a 2-tone Bubinga top in 2007 and just a few months ago we finished another Monarch 7 with a Quilted Maple top...

Thanks Bernie... me too... I overnighted it from Fodera and as of last update it arrived here in Albuquerque about an hour ago.
I'll pick it up on the way home. Will post some pics.

I would have to do the same thing. Overnight to minimize the opportunity for damage as well as minimizing my anxiety in waiting!

Ha ha! No....3+ years waiting for a Fodera! I spec'd the knobs as I was spec'ing the bass....the bass was 3+ years from the time I ordered until it was delivered...

Wasn't there a guy from the Chris Duarte band using a Fodera 7? He was the guy after the Conklin player. If I recall correctly, it had a bird's eye maple fingerboard and J pickups.
