I like his solo here at half through, with the effects, it has a cool speaking quality to it
That guitar player isn't bad either...

ill take that over another fusion weenie rolling their tone all the way off and sounding like every other guy with any other bass.
I have a 36" AJP six. It's not as tough to play as others might have you believe.
curious what gig bag you guys use for your 36" basses....my Imperial fits just fine but my Alleva 34" barely makes it in my IGiG bag....
Not playing a Fodera, but I had a case made by Glenn Chronkite for my 38" Scale. It's pretty.![]()
38! i bow . . .
(for those who don't know, i believe glenn was the guy who started reunion blues.)

IMHO, I like CMB's tone. It's more processed than Cheese Whiz, but he's being expressive.
holy hell 38"!!!??? I'm trying to seriously get myself into thinking about a 36". I studied and played classical double bass my whole life so I feel like I would like it, but the idea of dropping that amount of money and waiting a whole year+ for something I've never even experienced scares the @#$% out of me!!
I still like the mono dual better, which I think protects even better, and it costs less.Lennard, that is a bag fit for a Fodera for sure!
Personally, I am very fond of my vinyl (with leather trim) Levy's two bass gig bag. It is amazingly constructed, very well padded, is light, has a huge front pocket and fits most large basses I have owned (Bongo, Thunderbird, etc.).
At $359, it is great and the only bag/case I have brought to gigs in the last 5 years.
