Wow, killer video and that bass sounds great. Really great! Thanks for playing along, but what I really meant, and I suppose I.....could....have been more specific. :)

Is that i think I remember something with an exceptional walnut top in the newborn section for him. And since I liked the tone of his other Fodera....:)
I thought I would just check and see if I had missed video of the new bass. Hehe.

If not, well then, quit slackin, that thing is a month old already. :p

Lol, last semester of grad school . . . soon! Also trying to dial in the right set of strings.

Hey guys, I had the worst NY experience of my life the other night....but it was in London.

Got pickpocketed in the club where I was playing. I lost $2000.00 USD in cash. Nice!

And the English are supposed to be so polite! :)

Sorry to hear it. Happened to me in downtown phila in a club. I got bumped and didnt see it happen. They got my whole wallet, cards and cash. Took a week to track down all of the cards. Now I keep a list of what I have.

You carried that much cash around with you?

Are you insured for things like that happening?

Left or right pocket? I hear they steal from the wrong side over there.

That blows - hope the gig at least was good.

Hi Mike, sorry to hear that. That's the type of experience that can sour anyones view of a country for life. Personally as a British Subject and fellow Fodera Club Member I'd like to apologize for my country handing you a such a sh***y experience. Can I assume the venue was in London?:crying::crying:

Yes! On the whole Brit's "Are" usually polite (which is not to excuse the fact), but assuming the venue was in London, we can't rule out the obvious which is the culprit may not have been British, it's just that it happened on British soil. The worlds full of low-handed opportunist's, it's just a shame you had to encounter one on your UK visit.

Pssst!! Do you think it could've been the polite little cutie who whispered in your ear "Didn't you play in Buble's band, Love those bass moves..isn't that a Viceroy?";)You wouldn't have suspected a thing while she squeezed your thigh!:eyebrow:

Sorry Mike, I'm making light of what is and could've been an even nastier situation. No doubt you reported the loss to the police, venue and promoters and we hope you were insured. Short-term, you'll be reimbursed with the loss in monetary terms, but we're only human and a bitter after-taste may linger in the long-term.

If nothing becomes of any enquiries, please name the venue, I for one don't want to frequent a club as a performer or guest where theft is left unchallenged.

I had JUST gotten paid for a few gigs that night. Given that I was in a club and couldn't get to the hotel, I couldn't think of a better place to put it than on my person.

That does make sense.
It's not a huge place and can get packed, which makes it quite easy to bump into someone without it being noticed really.

Very unfortunate!
