so i need some help from some fellow YYS owners or even Jason...I've never noticed this because i'm not very particular about looking at every blemish, i just play them but I did notice that it looks like there might be a gap, a rather large one or perhaps this is normal and i'm just insane.
Are you talking about the overhung fingerboard? Thats as-designed.

That's one nice Emperor 5 Standard fretless in the background there. Did any of you have a chance to play it?
I get that the E6 has grabbed most of the headlines and attention as the most recent and 'bigger' announcement, but thats what I'm interested in too.

I did and it was stunning! Great tone and balance. I also played the TKS which I really enjoyed. The Fodera team hit it out of the park. I had been hoping for something like this for awhile since I love the singlecut but prefer a bolt-on. Great tone, balance and the craftsmanship and excellence you'd expect from Fodera.

I like that Fodera has taken Amazon's "people who bought this also bought" to new heights. Amazon-buy a CD and it suggests another CD. Fodera -buy strings and it suggests you put a deposit on 3 basses. I guess even if it works once......

Rami, thanks so much for asking. Sadly she is hours away from passing on. Sometime today or tomorrow. My wife Deborah is by her side and and the kids and I are on standby to make the trip down to Maryland...
Given what she has gone through, she will be doing better when the time finally comes. She has waged a long and very courageous battle with a very rare and aggressive kind of Melanoma.
