Thanks for letting us know. It brings back memories for me personally as it was round this time a couple years ago I lost my old man.
In the company of family, in peace and with dignity, is all we hope for.

Rami, thanks so much for asking. Sadly she is hours away from passing on. Sometime today or tomorrow. My wife Deborah is by her side and and the kids and I are on standby to make the trip down to Maryland...

Given what she has gone through, she will be doing better when the time finally comes. She has waged a long and very courageous battle with a very rare and aggressive kind of Melanoma.

Kindest regards,

Jason

Me too..:D I got to play a Monarch fretless 6 a few weeks ago and it was just mind blowing; 34" scale, 19" spacing at the bridge and the set-up was sweet & low. If it weren't for the fact my fretless playing sucks "Big time," I'd be raiding the piggy bank.

While not recommended, I do wonder what it would be like if you got it and had it fretted?

Thoughts with you and your family Jason.

Please ya'll don't take me seriously. For anyone who's just joined in at this juncture, scroll back a few pages and you'll read that it's a very difficult time for our honoured guest JT and he chose to share this with us. I'm just trying to share a laugh and help the mood of the forum a little. We're going to be without JT for a while but I'm sure when he's back he'll catch up on all the talk and he'll need a little something to put a smile on his face.

Easy..
