For some reason I thought that I had posted in this thread. But no posts found with my name on it.:confused:

Here is my Imperial 6. With a 36" scale it is MONSTEROUS. :eek:

I am probably going to sell this one once I figure out some details. No fear though, I still have a Monarch 4 with the sweet flamed Koa top.

man Jerry, that is one of my faves!

I just called again to check on the status of the electric guitar, and talked with Martha(sp?). She just seems like a very nice lady. Is there a pic of her on the site? Not sure if that is imporoper, just would like to put a pic with her face. She's like my gateway to Fodera ;)

How do you feel about the 36" scale, Jerry? You dig the tone apparently. How's the playability?

Bernie, what make this bass happen is the incredibly low setup. Not a hint of buzz anywhere that I have found. Now since I'm 5'9" tall (if I stretch) and have proportional arms and hands. So it is a workout in the first position. I have to play this bass standing so that I can angle the neck to feel comfortable in those low registers. But it does reward you with that unmistakeable tone. It's got an incredible B string and the neck is very flat. But it is intimidating with the width of the neck at the body.

It was built in '95 and has the Haz Lab pre which I just love the tone of.
