Fodera strings?

I wonder why don´t they give a colour silk option.

It´s been about 2 years from the last post. I´m still on Fodera strings and going strong. Tried the Dunlops super bright as a cheaper alternative but not the same. If something is done right, don´t change it!

Did you order from Fodera directly, and have you contacted them about the delay? Their customer service is VERY good, so it's odd that they've left you hanging. @Just Thumpin' , any insight?

No problem mate! It doesn´t have to do it for everybody.

My case is exactly the opposite. The Fodera strings work so well with my basses that I stopped looking for other.

Okay, so I have been able to track down what went on here. Apparently your strings were ordered through one of our dealers, not directly through us. Their order from us (which included your strings) was not placed until April 25th. Unfortunately, we did not know that this was a rush situation and we want back and forth regarding finalizing the order until May 6th (a Friday). We began making the strings last Monday (May 9th). They are shipping via FedEx Ground today -- one week later.

All of us here at Fodera are very sorry for the inconvenience and we wish that we had known that yours was a rush order sooner. We definitely do not want to let any of our dealers or players down.

Foderas are the only string I still have left that I want to try. My faves are EB Cobalts and I'm wondering if the Fodera nickels can upstage them. I will order from BSO soon and find out!

Fodera Nickels are one of my favorite NPS round wound strings. You definitely want to check them out!

I have experimented with both Fodera nickels and stainless steels and love them both. I have two new builds underway which will be receiving Nickel Medium Lights. The tapered B option is great too!
