Forgotten 70's Rock Bands

Lou GRAMM..(Grammatico from memory) although I'm sure he'd still answer to Graham loll and Yep Black Sheep members Lou Gramm and his bass player old mate Bruce Turgon both from Rochester, NY went on to form Foreigner with Englishman Mick Jones, although Turgon came into the Foreigner line-up in 1992 and replaced Rick Wills.

Wale was spelled Wale.
I was at (St Thomas) Aquinas 1972-73
At Bishop Kearney 1973-74
West Irondequoit 1974-75 and 1975-76
I got thrown out of (formally asked not to enroll for the next year) Aquinas and Kearney.
I think those shows were at Kearney though, but it might have been 1972-73, my girlfriend went to Kearney in 72-73.
We both left Kearney for our last two years and graduated from Irondequoit in 1976, ...and are still together 40 years later.

Blue Ash from Ohio. When this song was being played on the radio, a local radio station had a contest that a high school could win a show with the band. I was dating a girl whose high school won the show and they had the band play for a dance in a small cafeteria. I was only 18 years old and I was asked to chaperone the dance and I got to see the band.

This band gave a concert at our Highschool and I remember it being very good....This is their second and last album from about that same time.

When I was 11 years old --this would have been circa 1972 -- and first announced to my family that I wanted to be a rock star when I grew up, my uncle's brother (who worked for an ad agency that had a lot of music business clients) gave me a copy of Billboard magazine. I poured over every inch of that one issue for months, fascinated by the machinations of the music industry.

One of the ads in that issue of Billboard was for a new album by Edward Bear.

I have never seen nor heard anything about that band since!
