Bottas will be a force wherever he goes... but he won't shine as brightly anywhere else as no other car runs as strong as the Mercedes.
On a side note, I bet Christian would take Bottas over Checo right now if he could. Can you imagine the knowledge Bottas could bring to Red Bull???
Yes, as previously mentioned in this thread, I'd love to see Bottas remain at Mercedes. Bottas is a far greater driver than Russell and doesn't bring all the headaches of grooming a younger driver. I get how Russell is cheaper... but especially with shaking down the all-new '22 car, I would think having a familiar driver in the cockpit to relay info to the team he's already friendly with would be valuable.
But alas, Toto never returns my calls...
