found inside of a old amp

Old may be accurate, but the memories aren't all gone. We just figured that option would already have occurred to him.....
I've never found anyting in any amps, but I bought an Ibanez artcore because it had a cigarette inside, and I had just quit. It was even my brand, Camel Wides.
This story is awesome...... Vintage amp with vintage sack of weed included.
This reminds me of a story I was telling someone the other day about this crazy guy I used to work with. Long story short, we're talking at work one day and this guy ask another coworker and I if by chance we were walking throught the woods and found a suitcase full of cocaine, what would we do with it?
His answer was, "I would take it and try to sell it, and keep the money". My answer was as follows: First off if, you were to find a large amount of drugs in that fashion, they were stashed there for a reason and somebody somewhere is looking for them. Secondly who would you know that would want to buy fourty pounds of cocaine? Thirdly, what made you think of that particular situation?

1. exactly.
2. trust me, you get forty lbs of coke, you will be able to sell it. only problem is you will probably run into the one who owned it who will be very angry.
3. he's a cokehead. that question is always a dead giveaway.
4. you might find a misplaced gram bag once in a great while. but nobody just ditches a large amount of coke like that unless they're being chased by the cops, and if they do ditch it, the cops will find it way before you will. so this hypothetical is moot. it ain't happening, so don't go walking through the woods expecting it.

If it were one of the techs that I know, they would've considered it a tip or a part of the payment.
Funny this thread came up top.......tonight I'm playing 'lectric thru a my new old B-15
, it's a early 70's with the white power and standby switches. Friggin tone forever! Whew. I digress first...... Anyway, I''m remembering the first fliptop I bought for 90 bucks way back.... It was a B-12X with the little remote reverb speaker. Inside was one of those Elvis Prezly Model crystal dynamic mics...at the time I just wondered about all the music that had passed thru the amp. Another fliptop of mine had dry cleaning receipts from the previous bassist, one of BB King's guys I was told.

My roomate found an ounce of pot in the parking lot the other day. Two days later, our neighbor's apartment was raided by the Swat team and he left in handcuffs. We just flushed the pot he found. With age comes responsibility and my job is too precious for me to blow it on a plant. Beer, however, is all systems go!
stuff like this makes me sick to my stomach! he obviously dropped it and they busted him because he was dealing. they would have never even thought to come get you. you just flushed good pot away for nothing. a sad ending.
