Found my old belt buckle!!

I bought a Stingray in my senior year of high school (1978). The music store guy was very cool and gave me a matching belt buckle to go along with my bass. Sadly, my Stingray was stolen while I was on tour and I thought I’d lost my belt buckle sometime soon afterwards. So imagine my surprise when I found my old belt buckle as we pack to move to a new house!

I doubt if it’s worth much in terms of dollars, but it’s definitely priceless to me.

I had that same buckle. I found mine at a belt store at a mall in New York back in the 70s. Didn’t have a Stingray, but I thought the buckle was really good looking. However, I tried not to wear it when I was playing bass. If I did, it was turned so the buckle was on my right hip away from the bass!
