Found my old belt buckle!!

I bought a Stingray in my senior year of high school (1978). The music store guy was very cool and gave me a matching belt buckle to go along with my bass. Sadly, my Stingray was stolen while I was on tour and I thought I’d lost my belt buckle sometime soon afterwards. So imagine my surprise when I found my old belt buckle as we pack to move to a new house!

I doubt if it’s worth much in terms of dollars, but it’s definitely priceless to me.

That's so cool. Was it an official bit of Music Man promo ephemera?

I thought you meant he'd given you a spare neck plate, that you'd turned into a belt buckle.
