Confirming the boost is only active when the pedal is on. its actually a really nice boost so it wouldve been so good if they made it seperate but it kinda works like a 2 in one where you can push the gainstage so its like od/more od. or if you are crazy, just as a clean boost by having the gain at 0...

I ended up getting this pedal from the reverb seller that was mentioned a while back in the thread, and have been thinking about your question. I think you could dial in no OD and use the first stage as a clean boost and the second stage dial in OD with the Pre dial? I’ll try it out tomorrow. Let me know if I’m understanding your question correctly, and if there’s anything else you want me to try

I just tried that and it works if you want to set it that way. 0 gain, mix to dry and set level to boost. works clean boost. 0 gain and 100% level at 100% drive mix is unity gain

then set the pre boost as saturation/overdrive and post as a clean pad(post boost doesnt boost only pad, 0 pre + 100 boost is unty).surprisingly works

edit: only got this yesterday so I'm just seeing possibilities.
