ok, here is my update on wet/dry...
this is how it works:
there are two controls affecting volume on the f.i. the first is called balance and the second one is called level.
level just makes the sound louder or softer overall. (within a range of 1 to 9 default is 5) so you can make a loud sound softer, but not ultrasoft. and you can make a soft sound louder but not ultra loud. (you can adjust the output level though) of course you can choose any volume you want from the editor.
balance goes also from 1 to 9 and is set at 5 per default. if you turn to 1 the clean bass signal gets louder, if you turn to 9 the synth gets louder. again, a sound that has a large part of clean signal blended in (as set in the editor), will still have clean when set to 9 and a sound that has no clean signal in it (as set in the editor) will have still no clean when set to 1. with only synth or only clean, the balance acts like another volume in fact.
this seems harder to explain then it is on the device itself.
all the parameter controls on the f.i. (that can be adjusted on stage) have values from 1 to 9 (mainly because of the display i assume) all of them are set to 5 when you activate a newly saved program. all of them adjust from 1 to 9 and all of them work in ranges. that means you can alter the parameter within a range, where 5 is the value you saved in the editor. all the changes you do with the parameter knobs are saved to the preset immediately. think of it as a way to adjust a sound quickly on stage, add more resonance, lower the cutoff, whatever. but don't think of it as controls to COMPLETELY change a preset.
the same goes for the balance parameter. it is there to allow for more clean or more synth, but it will not go from full wet to full dry. (but you can easily make full wet effects in the editor). i agree that this design is unusual for wet/dry, but since all the other parameters are like this, and also to keep d.i. compatibility this has been implemented this way.

i strongly think it will. it sure has sysex. in fact a friend of mine has one and i might be able to check at some point.
I actually googled panda midi and went to the bass synth guitar portion of the website and there is no mention of an email for ordering. I came back to TB and searched through several pages to find the order link, which took me to a webpage that did contain information for email. But I'm dumb and didn't realize the order email would is on the very front page of the website, LOL
I did shoot an email out and received a prompt reply from Gabor on ordering. The process has begun
I love how one of the sounds is slap bass behind jazzy synth chords. Nice recordings.

Your description about the parameter editing is generally true and accurate, this sentence is not. As you can read in the quickstart manual:
"When you change a parameter the change in the sound immediately happens, and the decimal point starts
to blink. Changes will be stored only if you press the EDIT button."
Wherever it makes sense, parameter editing modifies the preset value in a range of 0.5*...2.0*

this is midi controlled, not from a real bass...(but you can still use the sounds with a bass, they are included in the unit as defaults)

Mine is here. It is all that and more. Like we had always hoped for but always seemed to be left dissapointed. The dissapointment is over.
As I understand it TNT is some kind of subsidiary of UPS and FedEx operates independently in Hungary. I would guess DPD shipments are passed to USPS after clearing customs. The people in Europe who have already received the pedal have indicated there is no tracking.
Great... If it's UPS we need tracking numbers. My UPS guy won't leave it and they do charge a brokerage fee.
