Fuzzrocious Club - Sextuplet

Yeah, funny how that happens. I was just thinking that I wished my Stache was in a smaller enclosure, and also that the BDPG might be the perfect solution for my moderate OD woes...

So, long story short, a matched set of Fifth Element Stones #2 and 4 are coming my way. Good thing I already know which pedals to sell for the cash.

This might get lost in all the new etched and screen-printed fun.
Hot off the press/workbench, look what's on it's way to my house.

Custom Krampus - OhSeeDemon/GreyStache w/ clean blend on OSD and diode toggle for the GS.

NICE. One of my friends just went to a krampus festival in the UK. Looked awesome.

I'm having trouble finding my sweet spot with my rat tail's filter, low, and high clipping. Suggested settings? Clipping 1/left is high clipping? Are the clipping knobs cut/boost?

Found the rat tail settings thread.

Honestly not sure... I'm using the osd for a high-fi light grit. I'm using a fulltone bass drive for medium grit & light od. Bluebeard for face ripping fuzz. So... Trying find a sweet spot for medium-almost high gain distortion. I'm liking the rat tail with the drive around 2. Clipping off. Have been liking the filter at 12 and the clippings around 2. But its not THE sound. Yet.

I run a Rat King and have found I tend to just pull the clipping knobs back a little nothing more than 1/3 so it is really open sounding with the filter between 9 and 2 generally speaking. I found it hard to set my rat when I first got her but it just takes a little bit of work to get used to the full range of sounds produced. With my King I am actually using the 2nd distortion setting to put it into gnarly fuzz territory.

Yeah it's nice to have so much control over the sound but its a bit of a learning curve.
