I'd be willing to audition one.

I'd still like to see normal string spacing on a 5 banger.

No passive ability. Completely different, less aggressive, pup windings and completely different preamp and note no longer a barrel jack.

The bottom 3 knobs look like push pull knobs. So I'm guessing top knobs are vol and blend an the bottom 3 are bass, mid, treble. Push pull for series parallel, bass boost and treble boost?

It looks like CAR to me.

I don't believe they're push pull for anything.
I think that's "prototype grade installation," and that production model will look as you'd expect.
