G&L Club Part 7

Thank you for this information and the comparison. My wife suspected the issue was the gleaming bright white of the pearloid just as you have proven. I suspect that if I got an aged white pearloid pickguard, the pickups would look too white. I'm just going to roll with it.
Get another pickguard just like it and cut pieces to top the emgs with! a match :D
You could apply it to the pickup tops with double stick tape, there is some super thin stuff I use to holdfast my routing templates . It sticks hard, but leaves no residue .

The plot thickens. I received an email from EMG customer service and they believe that I received an ivory pair of pickups. They agreed to ship me a another set of pickups and I just need to send back the pickups themselves and not the electronics. We shall see what arrives.

But did you at least ASK if they could do purple metal flake covers?

Your eyes see more of the subtleties than the camera can capture.
