Black bridge on the 1k. Where did you get it? Would it work on a SB2?

Black hardware used to be standard. Keep an eye on eBay, sometimes pieces show up.

That is the nicest looking l-1000 I've seen. I know what I'm keeping my eye out for now. Seems like most the ones coming up lately are transparent colors I'm not particularly fond of. Although I honestly haven't been looking that long so they might come up more than I'm aware.

I was searching for this combination of black_body/maple_neck/black_bridge from the very beginning of my "Quest for a Wunkay". I think it's stunning. Moreover, the grain is visible in specific lighting and I think it's... mahogany(sic!). And this bass sounds even better then it looks, I'm very happy with it.
