MatticusMania said:Im with you on that. They got a bit "moral" with 4, like giving you the option to let certain people live or die.
I almost felt bad at a few points, like, the good person in me says I shouldnt kill this mofo, but Im conflicted because this game is supposed to be about killing mofos...
I liked that about it. It made it feel almost "cinematic", if that makes sense.
But I'm all for it being more "fun". But knowing Rockstar, it'll still be a solid story.

Where you have to obey road laws and can attract police attention quite easily, or get into an epic car chase where one wrong move is going to total your car or leave you splattered on the footpath. Also, super over the top graphic violence, I want to feel like I'm playing a Tarantino film, and a lucky shot could see you dead or take your arm out of action. They'red be a balance between fun and realism to be found, but I think it would rock.
No maps or markers, unless your in a car that happens to have a GPS or something. No health indicators, nothing telling you how much ammo is in your gun or even what gun you have out, very little HUD at all.
Add to that a really dark gritty story, noir-esque stylisation and setting, and I think you'd have a winner.
If you play GTA 4, turn off all the HUD and UI and adjust the colour balance so you get a sepia/greyed out drab look to the game, it can be a whole lot of fun to play, I'd just like to play a game designed to be played like that.

Borderlands 2. Used to play alot of BF3 but its starting to die on Xbox360, so mostly just BL2.
Do you have a PC? If so, get into Planetside 2, it's a F2P MMOFPS in the vein of Battlefield 3, but a little futuristic.
I've been playing it a fair bit and it's pretty sweet. It takes a while to unlock new weapons and attachments and stuff (or alternatively, you can pay for them with real money, hence why they take so long) but it's pretty cool fun.

Currently playing Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale and Little Big Planet Karting on the PS3.
I love how over the top All-Stars is. It's a blast to play online!
Have you tried the online multiplayer on LBP Karting yet? If so, what do you think? I've been jonesing for a kart game to play online with my friends and it seemed pretty awesome, especially with the track design features.
