GC used inventory down substantially?

All GC Stores in New England are now closed.

I think about 80% of the stores are closed now due to shelter in place/non essential biz.

Here in Nashville, all save 'essential' businesses are under a city-government mandated closure until Monday 2 April.

Holy smokes! That’s a long time considering the next Monday April 2 is in 2029.

I would normally hit the West Springfield, Mass or Manchester, CT store with an occasional trip to the one in Colonie, NY by Albany. But all closed now.

April 6th! Wow you guys are lucky NH is until May 7th. Mass is April 7th. But who knows they might extend it if this virus situation gets worse.

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I really like my local GC. Hopefully this isn't the end for the company.

I like GC Online.
I bought my last two used basses through them.

Since this post has gotten new life, I thought I'd mention that GC had a special event to buy used gear this morning, I believe.
The used inventory has dropped off the cliff, obviously. Despite GC's business problems, new instrument sales on the whole seem to be pretty strong during the pandemic, industry wide. I suspect people are leery about spending an hour inside a store now to sell their gear. You can buy stuff online and have it delivered to your home or get curb service.
