yes....still on schedule. Mid January to complete production will mean first week in February for dealers.

Happy New Year Roger (and everybody else!).

I again want to post what a wonderful thing it is that there are at least a few companies like Genz and Bergantino that:

1) Don't talk about new products until they are virtually in production

2) Post estimated release dates that are accurate and take into account production time of the first run and selling the product into the retail channel.

3) Test the products well enough that early adopters like me don't serve as Beta testers, going through 5 revisions until we get something that works.

Wonderful! And hey, lets get the specs, pictures and details up on the website so that I can get a bit of a better understanding of just what I already paid for with my pre order:p

I don't this this design has anything to do with whomp. This head uses the same power amp as the Shuttle 9 and Max 9. However, it is a different voicing approach that should sound bit more 'all tube' to most users, with the multiple 12ax7's in the pre and I assume some of the voicing decisions they've made. Similar approach to some of the Mesa hybrids.

Most micro's have long since blown away most all tube amps (at least when they are run reasonably clean) in absolute volume IMO and IME.
