I've seen a couple of threads regarding comparisons between the volume of the LM2 and the 6.0. It was properly noted that the position of the vol/gain knobs is arbitrary, and knob position shouldn't be considered in comparisons.
My M.O. has always been to turn up the volume of the amp to 50% max, and I've lived by the adage that if you need to go past 50% volume, you need a louder amp. In thinking about it, I guess this is probably old school nonsense.
Can Genz comment? How hard is it advisable to drive a 6.0? If I'm running 100% at all times, what will this mean for the amp?
Cheers!
