Genz Benz Shuttle 9.0 Appreciation Thread

I thought the aluminum knobs looked a little tacky, so ...

Very nice. I too thought the 'chrome on black' look a bit much. That looks great, and as you said, allows much better visuals on stage when setting EQ, etc.

Chiming in to say that I've been running my GB 9.0 through some pretty sketchy power situations and the stock tube is running strong. Amazing amp!

Once a week for about a year I had a rehearsal where we were all playing off one circuit. We had PA, computers, keyboards, guitar amps etc.... all running off that same circuit. I never got a chance to check it with my meter but it was overloaded. About half way through the evening it would start browning out. My guess is the wire was heating up and the electrons would slow down.

We would start having issues with stuff but my 9.0 would keep plugging away. :bassist:

Nice knobs...May I ask where you obtained them and the part number if available? I'd like to order some.

I got them from Allelectronics.com. Item [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]. If you buy 7 @ $.65 it's $4.55 plus shipping, which will be more than the cost of the knobs. I bought 10 @ $.50, so I got three extry for the price of one, and the shipping was the same.
