Genz Benz Streamliner 900... blue interior light out....

Dropped an email to support over at GB. Couple of days ago.. Received a confirmation email from Fender. But have yet to receive a response from a human. Anyone have an idea on how long it takes to receive a response?
Thanks

PM me and I'll get it taken care of for you. No worries.

FiXeR and Smithplyr --- no worries, we can take care of this for you.
Please PM me or Agedhorse.
Silly Blue LED's......who's idea was that anyway?:ninja:

Thanks, Jeff!
Just for the record the amp still works great and has never let me down! The light going out is purely an esthetic hiccup only.

Agedhorse already got back to me and I'm gonna send it his way soon. You guys are the best! :hyper:

Genz Benz = the BEST customer service! Before, during, and after

Jeff wishing you much success in your future endeavors and thanking you and the GB team for your years of great products and exceptional customer service! Your companies CS should be the standard all companies are judged by!

I have to publicly thank Jeff, Andy, Roger, Scott and all of the others that made Genz Benz...not only what it was, but what it continues to be. I have never experienced such a prolonged sense of satisfaction and security with ANY other gear...music related or not.
If corporate America is paying any attention, these are the folks you want to emulate.

Thank you all!
Kim

Thanks 60 bass and rok51 for your kind comments!

GB will live on in the products we created and the music you guys as players create with that gear. :bassist:

I will say that it has been such a pleasure to be creative with such talented people like Andy, Scott and Roger.

As to future endeavors, well.......:hiding:

I have so much more yet to do!

Feel free to ping me if you need any type of assistance with your gear.

Jeff

I've been in touch with agedhorse.
He's sent me several different options.

This should be quick & painless.

Have the same problem with my Streamliner 600. But I live in Norway, and the amp was bought from England (no distributor in Norway). Is there a quick fix for this? Returning it would be costly :(
Otherwise a great amp!
