.... So whoever wants a 600 with no waiting time, go get it!
Did he happen to mention if more 900's are on this order?
I'm going to assume not much of a difference between the 600 and 900 SL besides the power rating??
Other than the power and the slight difference in the color of the casing, there is no difference.
I'm looking at the block diagram
It looks like the Aux in comes BEFORE the master volume. Maybe it can push my 250 ohm cans?
The headphone jack is at the end of the chain which means you should get the whole 3 tube post EQ tone in the headphones?
Really? With a 6mo old baby I'm playing through my headphone amp 100x more than my amp.
I may be wrong, I'm not that great at reading the block diagrams.
I'm using a Raven Labs PHA-1 by the way.

Don't deny that baby bass. Blast him! I played bass all through my son's developmental years and early childhood. It must have soaked into his DNA because now at sixteen, he's a damn good player himself.![]()
The bass will hit me in the brain by her mommy if I wake her up. I actually got my GK NEO 115 III to play upstairs & move around a lot when I'm watching her.
But alas... most of the time its through my headphone amp.
If I find out that the SL 900 can push my 250 ohm cans, the master volume controls the Aux In too & the tone is post EQ from the headphones I'd be in heaven!
I am not sure what ohm my headphones are, but I play through my SL often through them, and my ipod. Use the post gain volume for bass level and master volume for ipod levels.
I really like this amp
