small rooms - i've used the slt on top and only lit it up. The 2 cabs sound sweeter but the volume is immense. 1 cab in a small room - just over 1/4 big room - 2 cabs just under 1/4... need to play a big stage again. Will have to find a band that does bigger venues...

If you mean, P bass with flats country, yeah, I play that. Oh and bluegrass with the upright and the Magellan, I play that too. I set contour basically off (all way to left) but other than that, it's such a flexible amp that it works for everything I need it to do. And I might add, I have been exclusively using the 12-3s for country and my other bands, until just last week when I picked up the 410 array.
You may want the 210-3 or 12-3. The 1-10 was designed for the less powerful MG350. The 350 is also very capable. You don't give up much going to the 350. 350 plus 2 1-10's is cheaper than the 800 with one cab.

I'm thinking along the same lines. need to find a bigger venue band.
I don’t play country, but do about everything else. Rock, pop, lite jazz, worship, musicals, reggae, blues, etc etc.
I’ve got a MG800 and three 10-2’s. Freakin’ love this rig. I can’t imagine You won’t be pleased.
Two 10-2’s are pretty much all I need, but what the heck. Life’s short.
More than enough bottom end. The amp/cab combo is punchy, deep, and freakishly responsive to EQ and dynamics. All at the same time.
What you put in is what you get out.
Forgot to add: I always start flat. I usually will cut a little Bass and Treble or use Contour B at about 9:00 - 10:00.
At first I was digging the Drive channel but lately I’ve been digging the Clean channel.
It’s good to have choices, no?
I had an 800 and a 12 to start with but I found it was more tha I needed/wanted. I had a Genz Benz Shuttle 3.0-10T and was spoiled by a combo. Hence my love of the 350 combo. Sold the 800 and the 12 and am very happy with my easy carry/load in and great sound.

Thought, briefly, about adding 210-3, just to see if my guitar player actually has an aneurysm. He bought a new amp, a super nice Diezel head. I'm fairly certain the only reasons he got it was because A. he thinks I'm too loud, which means my volume is probably perfect, and, B. I get compliments all the time about my tone. Him? Not so much...bahahaha!
I'm also diggin' my little board...
Really don't need the VT or the Spark, so I'll put a couple of different pieces in those spots. The MS-3 is a legit piece of kit! That thing replaced 6 or 7 pedals and is pretty solid for what I need.

He ships fedex, so maybe thru that? I have an account with FedEx, so I got notified by them when my cab shipped, but to be fair, I ordered thru Rocket Music and they had Jeff ship it from his warehouse in Ohio.
My guy at my local shop text me today and said they just took in a shuttle 6.2. He’s going to hold it for me as I’ve told him if one ever showed up it’s mine. Lol

Thanks! The strap is a Ergostrap, Chilean handmade leather strap. They build a lot custom straps for guitar or bass players.

Sound: Amazing, fantastic, beyond anything I've ever experienced. I had the opportunity to have a fellow bass player set in for a few songs and hear this setup from a distance. The sound was as full and clear in the audience as it was on stage. Side to side dispersion was amazing.
Portability: One cab in each hand and the head slung over my shoulder I was a "one trip wonder". Plus the whole rig fit in my Mustang.
Settings: EQ set at noon and Contour B around 10 O'clock. Gain set around 9-10 O'clock and the master set about the same.
Everything that's been said about this Genzler equipment is true. The thoughtfulness that has gone into the engineering of the 800 head and 10-2 is ...Wow! Someone did their homework and found some magic pixie dust to make what can only describe as the absolutely best sounding bass rig of all time.
