@Type-55, thanks for asking. As for the LF response, the new MG-12T-V cab is ported in such a way that we were able to get nearly the same bottom end in this smaller cab than the older MG112T. One reason is we found a way to have better venting with the smaller cab. There is a 3rd triangle vent under the grille that you cannot see. And with the Vertical geometry the new cab seems to have more throat and "bite", in a good way.What is the tone difference between the 112T and 12T-V cabs?
The 112T seems to go a little lower.
How can the 12T-V cab be 6 lbs. lighter?
The vertical design appeals to me.
As for the lighter cab, it is smaller and made from a different lightweight plywood, strong, with good density.
