I absolutely love my 12-3 stack. (Exact same as yours and actually @Loring 's) Now having said that, I had a Dave Eden 410xlt for almost a full 20 years. Loved it but it got too heavy for me the last few years.
Do I want the Genzler 410? Do I want a Genzler 15? Hell ya!!!! But do I need them... ummm no. We are getting baby sized gigs currently up here in sunny Canada so its all single cab for me at the moment.
Maybe when the world gets back to normal I'll pull the trigger on a 15 cab. Very intrigued to go with either that or the 410 or maybe a 15 with the 210.... Yep, Jeff has provided plenty of GAS here.

Don’t know how loud you want to go but modern speaker design puts a 3 12-3 stack capable of over 130db... the 810pro maxes at 137 with the other 810’s in the 127-130 range.

I do know my svt with an 810 brought the cops over a few times - I’m sure if I wanted to turn up that loud that the genzler could summon them also...

Not a volume thing at all with me actually, but about tone and fullness

Well for tone the 810’s won’t go as low so if you’re on a 5 string or tune down, you’re losing some umph. On the other hand they excel at the low mids and will rattle your rib cage really well!

I had an 810 also but I can get that tone by hamstringing my 12’s (ie use the B contour at 3 o’clock or higher, maybe the dirt channel as well - though that also adds a certain something) or I can hear all my bass tone and accentuate to taste - no contour and if I want to rattle rib cages at the same time boost mids around 400.

I don’t think I’ll ever go back to 810’s ...

So, I did this recording while being on this limited gig scene we’re all in. I recorded all the basses using the Magellan 800 out to my interface. All the other instruments were recorded by me as well. Check it out!! :smug:

@RNG1 --- Just so you have the correct info, the BA12-3 width is 19" and the BA15-3 SLT is 23"W, so there would be 2" on either side of the BA12-3 if you placed on top of the 15". they all are the same depth so they do stack in that regard.

Hey guys, I can't remember, is there any kind of built in HPF or LPF in these heads? Didn't see anything on the site. I really liked what they did for my sound when I used them Saturday at a DI/IEM gig. Bass was more defined and tighter. Not that my MG350/Tall 12 isn't awesome, but I wonder what a filter in front of it would do? I love what my LA-1A does in front of it as well.
