Finally got to gig my Genzler rig the other day at a small outdoor party/stage with the MG800, BA15 and BA210. Wow, just wow. Loud, articulate and present. Didn't break a sweat with a drummer and two loud Marshall amps in the mix. An iPhone recording confirmed that it was as I thought. I could hear myself well on stage and felt confident I was being heard for miles around.
Also, +1 on the Cioks power supply. I have one of the smaller units but it installed beautifully into the bottom of my Nano+ pedalboard. So neat and clean.
Finally...for those with the Re/Q...I am on the fence as to whether I need yet another tone shaping control. I have a Darkglass clean pre in front of the 800 along with a compressor and all my basses are active. Can anyone make an argument for more shaping? Plus, if I buy a Re/Q, in the paraphrased words of Chief Brody, "I think we're gonna need a bigger pedal."
