Can anyone compare the NU classic 15 to the BA15? I had a pair of the BAs and regret letting go of them. Not sure if the 210+15 Nu Classic stack will scratch the itch or if I should go back to the BAs.

I bet someone will have an answer for you eventually, seeing as the NU Classic 15 was just announced. Maybe there are some beta testers on this thread (not me, but would be one in a heartbeat).
My son asked whe we’re getting it to compliment his NU212 and I asked him when is he giving up a kidney…he told me to sleep lightly and walked away laughing…

The NC-115T/210T stack packs a punch for sure! The 115 cab has a nice low/low mid focus that is full but not booming! The 210 has that nice mid/high mid focus that’s tight. Combined it is an amazing sounding, small footprint, light weight stack that would fit any size gig!
The Bass Arrays are more 3D with a wider dispersed sound.

Without a doubt the BA410-3/15-3 stack will shake the stage with its big, punchy sound. For my gigs, I tend to like the quick response and cut of the 10s with the BA410-3/210-3 stack. I go back and forth with these 2 rigs depending on the venue.

So i'm seeing all these posts/pics of monster rigs, big venues, lots of expensive instruments, etc etc. Cool beans for sure - but how about some posts about those of us at the other end of the spectrum: amp and small cab, affordable basses, small venues...you get the point. I use an MG800, NuClassic112, and a G&L passive "P" bass. Haven't played out since the pandemic shut things down but did lots of small winery tasting rooms and folk clubs. Somehow reading about all these wonderful tremendous rigs and zillion dollar basses is not inspirational for me...yes, i have become grumpy in my golden years...

When I'm not playing DI/IEM gigs (I don't play very big venues compared to others here even though I do 90% of my gigs this way) I use an MG350/12T-V Combo. It looks like we may be starting a "splinter band" (not using our lead vox from the pop cover band) to do some "instrumental jazz type" gigs at some small local venues. The Genzler combo will be great. Not sure which bass. I'll probably start with the Roscoe Classic P but if I need a B string I may break out the Roscoe Century 5, or maybe the Sadowsky 5JJ. We'll see where the music leads. I guess my basses aren't affordable but ther combo amp fits the quoted post.
I also use a MG800 and NuClassic 112T and I think it is a fabulous rig.
I love seeing the big rigs and basses! Very inspiring to me to see Genzler gear out there for people to see and HEAR how exceptional it is. Have barely been out except for work. Have had a couple VERY small and limited jams. The feedback on my small rig and bass is always very good. People are blown away by the compactness of the rig compared to its phenomenal sound!

Post your rig! Love to see it. And if you do go through this thread - there are tons of posts with smaller rigs and people showing off just the head even for DI/IEM rigs.
that’s one of the things that’s great about the Magellan - it scales up so well. Sounds great at any volume and can drive a single 10 to six 10’s or 3 - 15s and anything in between.
I bet your G&L sounds massive through your Magellan

My G&L P bass (the LB-100) does indeed sound fantastic through the MG800/NC112. I hope to eventually get the NC210, those two cabs will give me all the versatility i will ever need.

I had the MG30/BA10-2 combo for a while. Loved it. Wanted just a little bit more and for the head to be up a little higher. The MG350/12T-V is perfect for me...for now. If I ever need more volume I'd probably add another 12T-V.
